Process

The RHD conversion and ADR compliance process of a late model vehicle is an extensive one and can consume in excess of 200 man hours of labour and engineering time.

The process includes removal, replacement, relocation and installation of many parts, manufacture, modification and fabrication of components together with inspection and reporting.

Key areas involved in the conversion of a vehicle to RHD are the air conditioning & heater system, dash assembly, electrical system, firewall, pedals & park brake, steering system and wipers as well as many others.

A Geezers quality RHD conversion and compliance ensures the vehicle looks and drives as a production right-hand drive vehicle.

The conversion schedule is as follows:

  1. Vehicle arrival
  2. Vehicle inspected
  3. Vehicle disassembly
  4. Fabrication and modification
  5. Installation
  6. Vehicle assembly
  7. Final inspection
  8. Plate application submitted
  9. Plate fitted
  10. Vehicle collected or delivered

We invite you to come and see for yourself, the craftsmanship and quality components that go into every Geezers conversion so you will know when you pick up your new Chevrolet or GMC vehicle it will be the best conversion money can buy.

From day one you have given nothing but great s...
